Since at least 2001, allegations of abuse, harassment, discrimination and trauma perpetrated by faculty have been reported by students of George Brown Theatre School. Numerous complaints have been made to the administration of George Brown Theatre School and George Brown College through the years.
The primary objectives of this site are:
1) To enhance the personal safety of current and prospective students of George Brown Theatre School.
2) To provide a forum for public expression to those who have been silenced and those whose urgent voices have been continuously ignored.
3) To demonstrate to young artists that abuse, discrimination and harassment are not universally condoned throughout the performing arts community.
This website was launched on March 17, 2017 by Patrick Cieslar, class of 2006.
